Processing time of any order is the time Medallion Dusk uses to make, quality check, pack and dispatch from our warehouses. 

Delivery time is from the time the order has been dispatched and handed over to respective courier company representative which is delivering the order. Delivery time within Pakistan is 2-4 days.

The processing time can vary if any of the ordered/desired product is not available in stock.

Processing time for a freshly made product is 10-12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and/or phone call. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipments can get delayed during sale events due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
