Orders will be packed and shipped between Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays.
Due to increased orders, please expect delays during the days of Sale.
- All products purchased from Togso can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase - no requests will be entertained after that time.
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 10 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
- Togso does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
- Tags and labels must be intact.
- Colors may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions your request may not be entertained.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock.
